Website still not available after 48 hours

I put in a new sub domain
I get this when I go to the that new sub domain

Not sure why it happening the site works for my other sub domain
I cleared the DNS. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for help. Issues was spelling of domain..duh...however now having same problem with new domain and spelling is correct. I did clear browser and restart.
