Website Still Suspended?

Hello there,

I was wondering why my website is still suspended even after visiting the forums? I even bought the premium membership thing so that it would be unsuspended, but my website redirects to the page where it says "Your account is suspended". Is this able to be fixed? my website is: uhelios.com

Hello, I have unsuspended your account. Did this suspension happen before or after you upgraded to prime?

Before too. I decided to upgrade so that it would unsuspend, but I kept visiting the forums and waited and yet it still redirected to being suspended. At least its all fixed now.

Hi,

Unsuspension isn't automatic. You need to log into the forums and then initiate the unsuspension from your account panel. Even so, with prime you shouldn't have the issue in future.
