website suspended

My website has a "suspended" notice on it, the problem that I am having is that the person I hired to create the website and manage the page is not responding to e-mails or phone calls. I do not know how to log onto the page or what steps I need to take to get the page working again. I purchased the domain name through Active-domain.com and recently renewed the domain for an extra 2 years. The website is is TATTOOSTEVE.NET. Thank you for your assistance in fixing this issue.

Did you have any luck figuring out what I can do to get my website (TATTOOSTEVE.NET) working again? I still haven't heard from the person who was supposed to be taking care of it. My thought is that she has her own account and used that for my website.

The site tattosteve.net belongs to an account listed under another forum name, we can not provide support for an account that is not yours.

It would appear as she hosts it under her account.

Is there a way to transfer the website to my account? I have the confirmation that I purchased the domain name or I am stuck with it "as is" and have to get a whole new domain?
