Okay, I haven't been on my account recently, and now they suspended my website! I tried looking all over the site, in order to see if there was a way to un-suspend my website, but couldn't find anything. I had no copy of my website html code, and I don't feel like making it all over from scratch. I PROMISE that I had no illegal activity on my website. Long story short, can you please un-suspend it? If you cannot, then I will move to Wix, or some other website builder.

Thank you!

It appears that your account has been terminated. That would mean that the account had remained suspended for more than 14 days (probably for inactivity, given that you already said it's been a while). I'm afraid there is no way to recover what was there; once an account is terminated (deleted to free up server space), it is also removed from backup to save space.

Do note that it takes more than six weeks of inactivity (30 days to be suspended plus at least 14 days of suspension with no unsuspend request) for an account in good standing to be terminated in this way, and that if you know you won't be logging in to your account for an extended period, you can purchase Prime membership to eliminate the login requirement.

Are you kidding me?! I spent MONTHS working on that website and learning html! I just wanted a little Sabbath from learning html, and now you're telling me that it's been permanently deleted?! And what's worse, is there isn't even a backup file, in case I came back?! So I'm supposed to order a "Prime" membership, in order to avoid the termination, when I could just go to any other website and keep it alive for free?! I'm only 14 years of age, and website designing is what I want to do for a living.

Tell me honestly, why should I come back?!

That was all explained in the terms of service you claimed to have read and agreed to when you signed up. (As was the requirement to maintain your own backups.) Logging in once every thirty days is the "bill" you pay for hosting here (other hosts will either have similar terms, greater restrictions, or will force ads on you if you want free hosting). Disk space may be cheap these days, but it isn't actually free yet, and leaving thousands (yes, thousands) of abandoned accounts clogging up the servers is far from cost effective. (If you don't like economic reality, then good luck in life. You'll find the whole world is going to be unfair in the same way.) The way x10Hosting gauges whether an account is active or not is whether the user has enough interest to log in (which takes, what, five seconds per month?) or is willing to pay four bucks a year to keep the account alive without logging in. Again, if you think that's unfair, then you've got a long, hard, painful life ahead of you.
