I am having issues accessing my website, last time they said my IP was blocked by the firewall because of a failed login attempt. Can you resolve this?

Like I stated on my end I can not access my site thetouretters.x10.mx last time I had this issue they said my IP was blocked by their firewall due to login failures. They fixed it and it happened again.
