My website will not display. Also the SSL would not renew. I think this is because I exceeded the disk space when I tried to update a plugin and renew the SSL. I have upgraded to starter to increase the disk space. Will my website theindigobell.com.au now be reinstated?

theindigobell.com.au loads with NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Have you tried to disable SSL, and Force SSL with https redirect?

Since trying to renew the SSL, I can't access the Hosting Control Panel. It times out. So cannot do anything to the SSL.

When trying to access the Hosting control Panel I get this message:​

"This site can’t be reached​

x13.x10hosting.com took too long to respond."
And get a similar message when trying to access www.theindigobell.com.au or https://theindigobell.com.au:

"This site can’t be reached​

theindigobell.com.au took too long to respond."
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I suspect the reason this occurred is that I exceeded the disk space allowed as
1. The new version of as WordPress would not load;
2. I could not renew my website SSL;
3. I tried to update one of my plugins and this error occurred.
I have upgraded my x10Hosting membership to Started to increase the disk space hoping that this would fix the problem. However I am still getting these errors.
Please advise what I can do to restore my Hosting Control Panel and my website theindigobell.com.au.

I'm getting worried about this situation. I hope you can fix that issue. It's difficult to know why did it happen and how to fix with only that info. I'll be watching the admins answers

It looks like your IP address blocked. I've unblocked it, so you should be able to view your website now without any issues. Please let me know if your issue persists!

Thanks for your response about the SSL. Now that I can once again access my control panel I am once again trying to renew my SSL. It expired on 8th May 2024. When I try to obtain a new SSL I get the following error:

CANNOT EXECUTE YOUR REQUEST​

Domain does not exist on the system. Unable to find theindigobell.com.au in /etc/virtual/domainowners, and domain is not set as hostname (servername) in DirectAdmin configuration. Exiting...
no valid domain found - exiting.

Would you please explain how I fix this error?

I believe I was able to generate & apply an SSL certificate for your site without any issues. I'm now able to load the domain with https:// without any warnings on my end.

I am not sure what is happening now as even though the https:// appears before my website name, theindigobell.com.au and theindigobell.com.au/wp-admin, each timeout with the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT message.
Also, I cannot get into the Hosting Control Panel. https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN times out as well.

It looks like your IP address was blocked again. I've gone ahead and removed the block and you should be able to access your site & the control panel again

Unfortunately it still appears to be blocked as I am still getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT for theindigobell.com.au, theindigobell.com.au/wp-admin and https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN at 16:37 16th May 2024 Sydney time.
Would you please try unblocking my website once again. Can you tell me why my website keeps getting blocked?

I do apologize we have looked at this and it seems one of our internal firewalls had false positives on your domain. We have provided a whitelist for this and you should have access now.
