Website Won't Load

My website won't load at all, it worked before and then won't load all, the DNS settings are right, it just says it's taking to long to respond, I reload and it does the samething over and over.

Your domain penguincarnival.co.cc is pointing at the wrong IP. Make sure that you set the nameservers in that domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Your other sites load just fine for me.
