Hello Support,
Here are my details:
Account Username
anther
Primary Domain:http://insideedge.x10hosting.com
cPanel URL:http://insideedge.x10hosting.com:2082
Hosting Type:Ad-Free
I have cleared my DNS Resolver Cache and pinged the my domain url and I get the correct IP address for the server: 74.86.116.190.
I can access my Primary Domain but I cannot access the CPanel URL. I get a "Could not Connect" error from my web browser.

Never mind. Problem seems to have disappeared.
