I created a website and hosted it using your service. I just logged back in and now it says that I don't have a hosting account with you. I can't even access the files I placed on your server. how can I get my website information back. the email I signed up with is.

1. Do you remember your cPanel username?
2. When did you create the account? (your other thread says "recently", please be as exact as you can be)
3. When was the last time you logged into the Forums?
4. When was the last time you saw you site up and functioning?

The last time I used the http:// link to the page if i recall correctly was late January early February.
The website came up and everything was working fine.




I created the account in November and uploaded the website a couple weeks after that.

There is a requirement to log onto the Forums at least every 31 days. If you do not, the account becomes suspended. There is no email notification. You can unsuspend yourself, but if you do not, the account is deleted after 10 more days.

Is there anyway to retrieve the data after that has happened? Or check to verify that it has been over the 31 days?

We can have an Account Manager or Admin check for you. If it is in dead deleted, then there is nothing we can do.
