Webspace Terminated?

My web space seems to have been terminated?

I can not access anything at the moment.

Can someone please tell me what is going on here.

What is your website?

Your account may have been terminated for inactivity. If you don't login to the forum account linked to your hosting at least once a month, your account is suspended. If you don't unsuspend it for a further 2 weeks, it is terminated. An account manager will be able to give you more information about your account specifically.

I did. But only one that told me that the my account had been closed,
last Friday (Oct 1st)

If you remember in July your account was suspended during the move of servers and it had to be restored by a Staff.

For some reason, accounts such as yours were marked as 'suspended' even though they operated normally. Then, when the normal termination script was run, they were terminated.

Unfortunately, there are no backups of either files or databases.

If you wish to remain with x10hosting, you can open a new hosting account.
