yesterday I set up my website (www.kiozkovirtual.com) with a new domain name, and always I got this error when I try to get into the main domain:

_____________________________________________________________________________________
If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:
webmaster@kiozkovirtual.com
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.

If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

  • The IP address has changed.
  • There has been a server misconfiguration.
  • The site may have been moved to a different server.
If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.

I think I have waited the enough time to ask for your help guys, the weird thing is for sub domains it works lovely, but for the main domain it doesn't.

May you help me please?

Thank you guys.

btw: I have flushed my DNS.

It can take up to 72 hours for these types of domains to properly apply. Try clearing your browser cache, and trying again, but eventually, it should begin working. You could also try uploading files to the public_html directory via ftp or file manager.

yes, I have tried flushing DNS, clearing cache... cookies.. many times and it doesn't work either.

Is there anything that x10hosting Staff may do?

I appreciate your help guys.

Unfortunately, no. It all depends on your ISP, the "busyness" (sorry to compose) of the servers at the time you signed up and at the moment and your computer. Just keep checking.....

One thing you could do it try using a proxy website to check from their end....a good one is: http://www.kproxy.com

Hello,

I have tried the proxy and it shows me the same.

I will wait 10 extra hours.

Thanks in advance.

I'm still experiencing the problem, Always that I try to open my main domain shows me the same error.

Have been 48 Hours since I made the domain set up.

What else can I do?

and I wonder the next, why subdomains works and main domain doesnt?

Your main site: 'http://www.kiozkovirtual.com/' loads fine for me, suggesting you should try clearing both your browser and your DNS caches and then try again. If it still isn't working then try another browser, but I can assure you your site is now up and visible.

The main domain change requires the server to update a virtual host entry, which is why your subdomains worked before and main didn't.

Edit: As lemon-tree mentioned, your site works now.
