Weird warning

I googled it but the only answer I got is that php safe mode is activated..Is that the answer? And how can I fix it?

P.S. I use MediaShareSuite. I think this warning is the cause of my other problem - the video conversion is endless.

There may be a way to get round this - if exec() is in an if(), then just comment out the exec().

If the video conversion is endless you will likely get suspended for high resource usage. Either upgrade your account to paid or VPS and you should be fine
