it isnt missing, its just not listed on the main page of cpanel.

try this:
login to cpanel
at the top of the xp evolution theme you should see "scripts & stats", click on it
the last button on that page should be fantastico.

or

login to cpanel
change the "/frontend/xpevolution/index.php" in the address bar to "/frontend/xpevolution/fantastico/index.php"

I've never used Fantastico, i don't find it a really good script.
Not all the scripts are in the lastest version, and there are some things that you can't configure if you install a script with fantastico. I recommend you to look for the script you want in Fantastico and then google it, and install it by yourself.

yea the /frontend/xpevolution/fantastico/index.php doesnt even work now. whats going on?

if your using a different theme other than xp evolution then it wont work. (for x theme, fantastico is listed on front page)

for x2 its: /frontend/x2/fantastico/index.php

I've rvblue and when i put
/frontend/rvblue/fantastico/index.php
the page appears in blank.. :(

rvblue? i dont even have that theme listed for theme changer.
