What a frequent problem to be about Addon Domain.

Hi

I tried adding my domain name but I couldn't because my domain name was already added. And I can't delete it because it's not showing so there is no way to delete it.

this is the error when i add it : Error from park wrapper: lamquangki.boy9x.com is owned by another user.

lamquangki.x10hosting.com is working but lamquangki.boy9x.com is not working.

cPanel Username:
xuanhoa

Domain/Subdomain: http://lamquangki.boy9x.com and http://cungchiase.diendan.vn , http://nghenhac.so1.vn
Add-On or Parked: add-on
If an add-on what directory is it supposed to be pointing to? home directory
please help!

It's possible it was parked by someone else, or it may be due to the fact you're using a sub-domain instead of a top-level domain. Need input from staff on this one.
