Do you actually have any feedback or are you just complaining?
Cause you're not giving us anything to work off of there, other than that your own site isn't following our TOS (you have no translation to english, spanish, or french, as required by the TOS). If you're managing to trip the High Resource Usage scanner, that's something we've looked at. Given the thousands of accounts on x10 and the very few hitting that limit, the scanner isn't the problem.
