Since this is an information age, we tend to forget more about our health. We only think of our body when we get some disease be it a fever or some pain in some part. Even i do that only.

So i thought if someone is there who cares for his/her body, then tell me how you spend your time in busy schedule to keep yourself fit and keep away from disease.

This is going to be a hot topic.

To tell about me, Currently i donot do any exercise nor go to any gym because i dont find any time. But i am planning to go to a gym from this weekend.

I start off by doing stretches (not static because those actually relax your muscles getting them ready for rest)which lasts until I get into a light sweat (about 8-10 minutes). Then I begin the actual workout which includes 15 pull ups, and 20 push ups (the two exercises count as one set, which you repeat three times and rest for one minute between each set) then I do the same thing just with 20 dips, and 20 weighted leg lifts (again, three sets with one minute rest in between each set). Then I do 30 double crunches (both your torso and legs are in the air) with a wildcard exercise (depending on what I feel like) with, as usual, three sets and a one minute break in between each set. The roughly continuous exercise helps with cardio as well, and it makes you have a better workout then you would normally. For cardio I will sometimes take a walk, or ride a bike since I have bad knees. Do the main exercises Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with cardio on the days in between and you'll be fit in no time :D I hope this helps (and saves you money since you don't have to go to a gym with these exercises).
For eating, I never eat fast food, and try to have lots of vegetables and fruits every day. Another great health tip is to have pomegranate,Acai, or any other food/juice high in antioxidants before you go to bed. This helps with clearing out free radicals, make skin look healthier and younger, and can prevent cancer! One last tip, drink a lot of water! Best of luck!

I keep myself fit so I can walk :p I wouldn't be able to live if I couldn't jump and run and what not.

I don't believe that you absolutely have to do weights etc. All I do is just when I get tired from studying or working then I go for a walk. Really like doing it, it's relaxing. When I have more time available then I go have a walk in the mountains or a botanical garden. Mountains do actually work up a sweat after a little bit, although if you keep going at a steady pace it is good for stamina. Also try swimming, just go take some basic lessons, that is quite fun but the first week can be a little tough.

Well because of my PC, I do situps and pushups as I wait for it to start up.

I find that, because exersizing is such a hasle, doing it when there is free time is a good way to stay fit!

I walk all over campus (easily a couple miles worth a day), and occassionally go to the gym. I mainly eat healthy to keep myself fit, with some weight-lifting in between study breaks.
