Everything just fits on your website. The banner and footer blend, and the ad doesn't even look like it's their. The only real thing I would change would be the sponsor banner you have their.

I just went to the site only and it was the nth minute before the server was going to reboot because of a virus attack. So no other go, i just pressed enter key and it was posted.

About the site, the forum is good, all topics are nice. I liked the funny script which jesse posted.
Similar things are also available. you have included major web development languages for discussion. that a good idea.

More over, it looked neat and clean.

You see the sponsor banner when you have a ad blocker or the ad server isn't working.
