What had happenned to my account in X10!!!

My site was not showing up for the past few days and i have posted it here.
and i get this reply from a
Senior Account Manager called BUGFINDER

Your account appears to have been terminated on the 22nd for being suspended and not reactivated (usually for inactivity).

i did not receive any email stating that my account was suspended.
How can my account be terminated just like that while i am a member here around a year

Someone answer my question and HELP ME PLZ......

If you don't login to the x10 forums once in 2 weeks, then your account gets suspended for inactivity. After 10 days of suspension it gets terminated. No e-mails are sent out. This Inactivity rule has been in place since before you joined (Dec 2007).

What must i do then to get back my site.I can explain why i am inactive.My site had a good reputation and all my effort.....will be gone plse help me someone.

If your account is terminated, there is no way to recover it. You MUST sign in to the forums once every two weeks to prevent this from happening. This is one of the aspects of the ToS (link) you agreed to.
