What happened my site

My site has not been used by me for a few months as i've been away but last week when i tried to access it, there was a message saying no website is configured for this address. When i tried to access my cpanel, my password wouldn't work. I tried resetting the password 3 times but each time it said "auth token mismatch". My username is tegamesx and my site is tonyennis.x10hosting.com. Help would be much appreciated.

How long? because we had a server wipe about a month ago and if you did not apply for a back the site was deleted.

Yea I just checked in Jackmunch and the account doesn't exist..

Yeah thats probably it,
I'm having a bit of trouble applying for a new account though. I have tried every day for the last week and still no success. Any suggestions as i really would like to have it back up and i know that you are the best hosts by far.

the new signup is a lottery kinda thing, certain people get chosen some dont, so the only to up your chances is to apply every day, if you are chosen, you will get an email

Random.. picking... There about 10 accounts out of 250 + accounts picked anight.. soo all you can do is keep trying every day.

Ok thanks for the help,
I'll keeptrying and hopefully it will work.
By the way, if my other account was deleted, then why does it still ask me for a username and password when I try and access my cPanel,
