What happened to my URL?

Hi, I can't get to my site currently and cannot log in to manage it : http://rifootballpool.x10hosting.com.

I'm assuming this is related to recent hardware/server migrations, etc.... can this please be confirmed? I've spent much time on the website and at the very least would like access to the files & whatnot.
