What happened to PHP? =00

Hello people ^^ I haven't tried testing this file in a while, but I am allllmost done with my site and I need it working. I have an HTML form pimped out by Javascript and redirecting to an email-sending PHP file. Now I have not kept up with the PHP changes in the past few months, but I do know that the email-sending file worked perfectly a few months ago and now...it's not =0 Has the PHP been downgraded?

If it has, I'll go request an upgrade immediately.

Your seem to have Basic, so you'll need to go re-request.

Which version of PHP is the earliest that supports mail-sending functions? I'll request that one to lessen the load for you staff people ^^

Intermediate, or v2, should be fine.
