What happened?

Hi,
I just had my account activated like an hour ago, and I just uploaded my vbulletin files and I go to access my site at spunky-online.com and I get a cannot find server error and when I go to log back onto FTP it says login incorrect. Did I get suspended for something? I havent even had my account an hour! lol

i had my site up and running about a week or so, but right now i can not connect to it any more, may be the server is down time, i think we should wait for Tyler or admins to check it to see what is wrong.
