What happenend to my sites?

For some reason now, I can not get to my sites at all.

I type in my domains, omarsmods.com and hotmailforwarder.com and I get a DNS error, even though it is pointed correctly and has been working for a month.

I come to check my accounts status on x10hostin.com and it tells me to link my hosting account to Cpanel and the forum, yet it cant find my Cpanel account, and I cant get into Cpanel.

What is going on?

Your account was deleted. When you signed up, you were told to link your accounts. If you didn't, the system didn't know if you logged into the forums once every 2 weeks as stated in the TOS. You were suspended, and then, 10 days later, it would be deleted. Whats your cPanel username, to see if we can salvage the account?

Please try to restore my account, I was working on software, and don't have any other backups of my data.

As pointed out, your account was suspended for prolonged inactivity. Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account.

Well i didnt receive any kind of notification regarding any suspensions... It is at least required that you notify a user before you delete any of his sensitive information that he or she may have stored on your servers. I find this a very unreasonable way of dealin with accounts, and I am very disappointed with x10 hosting.

We do not backup your data, you are responsible for that. You failed to follow the terms you agreed to when signing up for the account, it would seem the only one at fault is yourself. An account has to be suspended for at least 10 days before termination of your kind, and if as most likely was, suspension for inactivity requires you didnt log in the forums for at least another 10 days before that.

It is required?? Where in our forum or terms of service do you read that? We are not other hosting services, and have our own rules. If you had read and agreed to the rules and visited the forums as required, you would be quiet aware of how we handle things.

If you were suspended for Inactivity ( Not logging into the forums in a 2 week period ) your account is suspended. It then stays suspended for 10 days before its terminated. I am a little surprised that you weren't aware of this for 10 days.

You can be disappointed with us all you want, but following the rules is expected at any hosting service. When you violate them, things happen. I have been to many companies and have yet to have one "give me a chance" to get my files when I break their rules.
