Yeah IVe Read That Before In PHP IRC And Zend Framework Will Be realeased Soon so there maybe a chace of namespaces Then PHP Will Totally KILL .NET

I pity whoever typed that entire thing. Issue 3.8 seems a bit unneeded though... it's only one extra line of PHP.
