What is going on with x10 Premium?

This is disturbing to have my site down hard again within just one week. For the second time I am getting a data base error, that is by all accounts on X10 not on my site. I have sent in support tickets, made phone calls, and sent emails with no response. Why? I just want to know what is going on, and how soon the issue will be addressed, so that I can advise all of my angry members. Thanks.

Unfortunately most of us on the free hosting forums do not have access to the premium side of things; those of us who do are likely already looking into why this is occurring. The best I can recommend is to hold tight on the support ticket you've probably already filed, and try not to bump it - the tickets are sorted by "time since last reply," so if you bump a ticket it sends it to the back of the queue which can delay responses further. Chances are the premium staff are already investigating what is happening since it's now the second time it occurred without warning.

I agree with Tropexot there is something weird with x10Premium and we are hanged in the air like falling pigeons. Please correct the issues asap.
