what is my ftp address AND my passcode

Trying to get my files up via Cute FTP lite. It asks me for my ftp hosting address, but non of the information in my "account information page" specifically says what my ftp host address is and what my password is. this is, obviously, my first attempt @ a site.

Your FTP address is:

ftp.blindchopstick.x10hosting.com

Your username and password for FTP is the same as the one you use to log in to cPanel.
