What is my ftp Information

I have created an account on x10Hosting. I tried entering my password my username and ftp.x10Hosting.com in to an ftp account. It gave me an error and said I neededa password why?

Did you try and enter a password in your FTP program?

Yah I'm using WebPlus SE it allows me to create an account

ftp adress:
Username:
Password:
I am using my password from the hosting account as well as Bouke285 username, and ftp.EPBclan.x10Hosting.com

Hmm, I'm not real talented with FTP, so do bear with me. I am using information I've picked up from various threads as I've worked here.

Okay ... try this. FTP Address : epbclan.x10hosting.com ( without the FTP. )

It did the same thig Just saying either my username is invalid or Passwor is wrong.
I had this same problem on another site but I'm just trying to find out what i'm doing wrong.
Maybe it's just the free publisher that's messed up any recomendations for a freeware publisher like WebPlus?

Wait i got it . Turns out my fire wall was blocking the program soz for all the trouble and thanks for the help
