I was wondering what is the best sub-domain to use, for speed, and search engine optimization. I first went with elementfx.com, but have found out that it is black listed in the google adsense, so any ideas, for the best subdomain that x10hosting has to offer. Also that is not blacklisted in any google tools

I forgot to add. Will google automatically change my url in there search engine, or do I have to re-add it and wait the few days for it to be crawled and added.
