what is the host name?

what is the host name should i fill in when i use coffeecup free FTP Agent to upload the file?
i fill it as x10hosting.com, but fail to connect

if you check cPanel it should tell you

but if I remember correctly it is ftp [at] x10hosting.com

Actually, it is ftp.youname.x10hosting.com, or, for my case, ftp.yourdomain.com

i also depends if the ftp port is running but usually it is ftp.yourdomain.x10hosting.com or ftp.domain.com
