what is the meaning that the used memory drop

I have seen that for 24 hours, the memory usage drops to 0 and then returns to normal after a few minutes, but for those few minutes the use of bandwidth does not falls.

anyone can tell me, what is the meaning, and why?

it sounds like either the actual node or your VPS is playing up. I'd open a support ticket if I was you asking about it.
