We run asp.net through mono. ASP.Net is available on premium and illuminated.
Illuminated is $60 for 5 years
Premium is $6.95 / mo or $142.20 for 3 years

When developing with mono on linux, there are some things to remember:
This isn't windows, many things are different, so don't rely on any windows centered features.
