Most likly a testing site for scripts. But from what we have learned http://localhost/register.php tells us Corey had the script running off of his computer

All that is on that page a is an HTML form, which submits to at "localhost" page.

So how did you find it? I hope you aren't using something like *I'm a hidden site now!* to "scan" for files..
