Points are earned on the forum for posting, doing stuff in the marketplace, etc. Points are used at the forum store located here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/vbplaza.php?

Points can be CONVERTED to x10Cash (but not vice versa); x10cash can be used here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/rewards.php

basic understanding is: points can buy you stuff from members and x10cash can buy you like a domain, paypal payout, adfree, @x10hosting e-mail, so more hosting-related things, whereas x10points can buy you anything you want, but you can't trade x10cash with anyone, only with the system (of course)

you can by a x10 cash dollar with 20 points, you get enough x10 cash and you can cash out for paypal money or other stuff......hope this helps....

how much xcash is the adfree thing? It just shows a dollar sign.. and also it says for your static account, but that one is adfree. I am assuming it is for all free hosting that require ads.. right?
