What settings do I need in order to use my own domain name with the site?

Make sure the domain is pointing to the nameservers "ns1.x10hosting.com" and "ns2.x10hosting.com", and that you've created a new add-on or parked domain in your cPanel to reflect the details of the domain.

Also, try accessing cPanel through: http://74.86.116.188:2082

WoW! thanks for answering so promptly!

I have changed the name server and used http://74.86.116.188:2082 to access the cPannel

Error from park wrapper: eduardepure.com is owned by another user.

Could this be due to the fact that there was an error during my signup to this hosting site and that I have an account name sypher9 and sypher90 ?

when I access cPannel, this is what I see Main Domaintablet.pcriot.comHome Directory/home/sypher9

However on the X10hosting, I see
Account Username:sypher90

Primary Domain:http://eduardepure.com

cPanel URL:http://eduardepure.com:2082
Edit:
i used the same ip to sign in as sypher90 and got the following

Main Domaineduardepure.comHome Directory/home/sypher90Last login from67.212.10.54

Can I disable the sypher90 account and have eduardepure.com as a main domain for sypher9?
Edit:
when i login on x10hosting with sypher90, I get : An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist

when I log in with sypher9, It says Account Username:sypher90 ...
Help ?

Well, since you're only allowed to have one account you'll have to pick one to be removed all together. THEN we can fix whichever is left.

No problem, however, how can I pick which one to delete since I have two cPannel accounts, but only one X10hosting account ?

I want to rename my X10hosting account to sypher9 and make sure it says sypher9 (and not sypher90 ) when I sign in.

Then I would like to delete the duplicate cPannel account sypher90

Okay, so I will remove sypher90

You will be left with a forum account of sypher9 and a hosting account also named sypher9, is this correct?
