try upgrading your php to v2

If you login to your account management panel (x10hosting.com/login) then scroll to the bottom there is a box on the left where you can change your PHP version. Then you can ask for it to be changed to intermediate (V2).

By what i heard, i thought some of the password files got corrupted and you need to ask someone (i don't know who....probably an admin) to reset it for you...

okay, x10 has 3 php configurations it is for users not to abuse php. By default your account is set to Beginner which is v1. v2 is for intermediate which is common when you applied for it. and last is the advance, to apply for it you need a very good reason why you need that configuration.
