cpanel pass != ftp pass

i got my password changed qnd it works for ftp but not cpanel

everyone is having this problem, please be patient, the server is not all working correctly yet

no i had the problem before then i just learned i needed to log into cPanel 2 times a week/month so now i dont even know if my account is going to be restored....

K, commen sence here man. If your FTP is working, then dont you think your account was restored.... Think about it

it's not working

but that's probbaly because of the restoring thing

but i would like to know my password for future reference so I cna log in twice a week/month so my account is not deleted :)

The password is most likley still the same.. Just with all the restoring and stuff that is going on Cpanel isent working yet.

no, i had my password changed like last month and it didn't work, but I understand you can't do anything about it right now becquse of the bcakup thing

You shouldn't smack your head.

If you know all about the backup/wipe, and why your password isn't working, then why tell us it is not working? It's not like you asked to have it reset or anything.. ? I don't get it.

this has nothing to do with the backup! :(
I just don't want my account deleted because I can't log into cPanel because I don't have a password for it.

Yes, We know.. but are you asking for a reset on your password or not?

I don't see anyware in this topic were you have asked for a password reset..

Or are you just telling us this for no resson?
