Could you please let me know what triggers my website suspension? Could it be posts I publish on my blog? Or wordpress pluggins I install? Or videos embed on the blog? I'd like to know so I can better monitor my usage.

It's usually the plugins in wordpress; do you know which ones you have installed? There's a few that usually cause it and we recognize some by name.
