What's going on here?

Yesterday I couldn't get to my site using www.fye.x10hosting.com. I could the day before that.
Just now http://fye.x10hosting.com doesn't work. I know have to use www.fye.x10hosting.com.
Any idea why this is happening?
Never mind. Both just started working.

This is weird because cPanel and MySQL are down???

What do you mean they don't work for you? It almost seems as if the server is almost going down but then goes back on suddenly.
