What's going on with Stoli?

I was originally on Vox, and then got moved over to Stoli when the server died... but ever since I've been having really horrible, sporadic connectivity... about every 10-15 minutes, I get time-out errors for up to 30 minutes before I can reach my site again. If I check the Account Management screen, it seems like Server Load and Apache take turns going red.
Are there any plans in the works to remedy this?

Yes, we are working on this. There are future plans as to whats going to happen, and we're working on implementing these changes.
