whats going on with the x10hosting its all slow

Well x10hosting has thousands of clients that it is providing for. Including in that you are probably using their free service and that they have been constantly upgrading their systems, it would make sense why they are slow currently. Now, for me personally, it has been quite fast except for the few times when I can not get to my website. Besides that, though, their service has been great and I have no complaints. If you are having some specific issue, I would contact them and see if they have any reason for it. But, if it is just because it is slow for you, I would not worry about it and just go on with your website.
