whats going on ??

Hey, I recently started to watch some issues with my website.
1) The mysql crashed with the forum... its says an error, and I didnt touched my configuration at all

2) Now when i go to my web i see a cpanel welcome page that grants me to have installed cpanel on my server. And it look like my username/pw of my cpanel as been reset
