Lo guys.

Although this is not a suspension problem, I was suspended a little while ago & I think this problem I have now may be linked in some way, GamerX could not understand why I'd been suspended as I had done nothing wrong & rectified the problem.

I tried to access my website about 8 days ago to find it disappeared completely, so after much head scratching & many splinters I got in touch with a buddy of mine to see if he could shed any light on what may be causing my problem as I'm new to all this kind of stuff.

On advice I went to my account details only to find my Domain+cPanel & my email address have all been changed?
I know nothing about this, I've had no email to tell of any changes & because I'm a stupid newbie it's taken me 8 days to figure it out.

My Domain was:skinnys.x10hosting.com
Domain Now :sirius1226.exofire.net
cPanel Now :sirius1226.exofire.net2082

But where on earth has this email address come from?
hawkdragon@gmail.com as it is nothing to do with me & yes I know if I go to blah blah blah there is my website all working correctly but that is not the issue here. If this has been done by you guys, you could have let me know by email surely & if it wasn't done by you guys what the hells going on & I don't think it's too outragegeous a request as to why?

We do not change account information unless by request. I will check and see if there was any request to change yours. Also we don't change the default sub domain even on request, so this sounds more like maybe some one figured out your forum and hosting account password.
Have you checked to see that there are no new files or files that weren't there before hand ?

Looking back into your post history I see no such requests. I do see a few members with the name sirius or the likes of.

I will move this to level 2 support.

Do you think whoever the bogus email address belongs to is responsible?. sorry for being such a newbie, but what do I do next as I have no clue whatsoever.

It seems there was an issue with a previous hosting account (which was terminated some time ago) that had the same username as your hosting account has now. I've made some changes and this won't happen again. We really apologise for it.

You can now change your domain & account information and put the one you previously had.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thanks very much my friend & no apology is required as ever my problem has been sorted superquick & I have the info I need to put things right.
My website is only a hobby so there was no inconvenience caused, it's just that whenever anything goes wrong I automatically think I've messed up somewhere along the line because I'm new at this kinda thing.
At the end of the day you guys do an awesome job helping people like me out so I thank you very much.
