When I try to use fantastico I get all kinds of problems.
I get this when I use pro edition of site builder.........

You need to remove the existing installation in order to re-install.

.........I do not have another instance installed. What do I do??????
When I try other ones I get this message.......
Install Joomla (2/3)
The installation can not be completed:
- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.
Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.
What am I doing wrong?????
