What's the server address that I should use for my site (using boru database)?

I'm having problems with my database communication. I can't seem to identify what the correct server name is to use for my wp-config.php file for Wordpress. I know the server name is boru, but how should I specify it in my wp-config.php file? I tried 'localhost' but it's not working...

The server "localhost" should work just fine. One thing to check after you've verified the database you've created for Wordpress exists in cPanel/phpMyadmin (they will tell you the database name) and you've made sure the username and password is correct is what is shown in the "Remote MySQL" section of cPanel. I've screenshotted below what should be there.
