What's this all about?

"The hosting username you specified does not exist."

Why is my hosting account deleted? My subdomain addresses also tell me that "Domain is available!" :/ I'm very angry. Why do you do this to me? I had three subdomains, I visited the forum regularly (there was > 14 days gap once, but I got my account unsuspended after that) and I had the ad codes in my pages.

Maybe I should leave you guys alone and tell everybody else not to use x10Hosting; I've had so much problems since your server update and now all my data is lost so I can't rely on this service anymore.

What is / was your Cpanel name?
I can see right now, that you Cpanel is not linked to your forum account. So lets see if we can resolve this without accusing us of not doing things and using foul language.

I had the corporate Ad-Enhanced hosting plan. Also, my data was on Stoli, if you happen to need to know the server.

Was your ever linked to your forum account. Unlinked accounts get suspended after a week if they are not linked to your forum account, and later, they are deleted. Also, do you remember what server you were in?

Yes, it was linked for a decent period. I joined in in December.

It all depends on that if my files still exist or not. Also, about that suspension: it was somewhere between one and two weeks when I last time logged in and posted a thread about my account's suspension in the Suspended Accounts forum. They told me there that my account was unsuspended. So it shouldn't be got auto-suspended again.

I've searched and found a backup for your account, that is from the "Server Move". This backup is of the date: 15th January.

Of course I want the backup restored! Now I've signed back in. (As I stated before, I had encountered problems since the server update, so the data from back then may be just the same files I actually had a week ago. The problems may be caused by something not your guys' fault, so I'm not blaming no one any more.)

Oh yeah, and the account name is gmmaster once again.

Check if all's working correctly. You just need to re-create your MySQL user.

I can't seem to get the usforum.x10hosting.com addon domain working (the details should be right), but everything else works right (after switching the MySQL host back to localhost ). Thanks a lot!

Domain: http://usforum.x10hosting.com is working fine for me.
As your account was before on Stoli, and it's now on Vox, you may need for your DNS to update.
Try clearing your cache and temp files, and making a flush of your DNS.
