whats up with the suspension?

my account has been suspended month ago
i submit a support ticket, ofcourse no reply

i just want to know these 2 things:

1- Does it really feels good to suspend an account
2- Is not logging in to the cpanel or forum for 2 weeks, feel like lifetime?

i really think u should change these 2 bothering issues
its really annoying...

you dont know how it feels to have your whole work (website) in stake

Your cpanel appears to have also been biso911 (not ringtones)

Since then, your account has been terminated for inactvity on the 14th May. Which would have meant your account would have gone suspended for inactivity around the early part of april.. Probably in fact 2 weeks after you posted that message, and before you ask, we do not keep backups of terminated accounts.

1. No it doesnt, its not a good feeling.
2. 2 weeks can feel like a life time unless you're doing something fun in which case it whizzes by.

And yes we do know how it feels to have our whole website at stake, all staff at x10 are volenteers, we came here like you because we use the service, and have grown to be a part of it. We have time and effort in our own sites, as well as the work we do to help you guys have a service. So, yes we do know.
