What's wrong with Cossacks?

Hi, guys.
I'm on x10hosing for a week now, and there hasn't been a single day without Cossacks server being offline (a few times per day often). My users are getting annoyed with it, and I have no idea if it's gonna be fixed soon.
Could you, please, tell me what's wrong with this server and could it be fixed so there are less downtimes?
I just love the speed and features you're giving, but there has been way too many downtimes lately.

As far as we can tell the problem with cossacks has been resolved today - further issues have been cleared up.
