Whats wrong with my site, its always down?

Ever since I started my site, It literally takes like 2-3 minutes to load it up, sometimes it doesnt load it period. The main thing is I think its MySQL because images always load instantly if I directly link to them. So can someone try to fix this problem, I really need help. Also for some reason when I try to place the ad needed for advanced plans on my site, it doesnt appear as anything. i dont want my site suspended.

My site is down too :rant: and this isnt the first time either. I posted about this before and you said you were fixing the problem. And it wasnt fixed. I completely find x10 the best host i've ever had. THE BEST!
