I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!! can any administrator tell me whats wrong with my account?i cannot access to my account and everybody can, check if my ip is blocked or delete my account and create again the account or tell me something im fed up of waiting 3 days !!! and i got no answer of it...i can be a member of your staff if u want to ckeck for it...and help u admin more things because ive been waiting 3 days and i think u need more people to admin the hosting, just tell me what do u need? the distro of linux u have and thats all, but tell me something now!!

Making you staff is not going to solve our problems, I`m sorry you have been waiting 3 days, but we ALL have lives and cannot be here for you all the time. You have not given me any account info so until you do this will stay here.

i know that everybody has lives but i can help u not only for my problem i got more time and i can help other users in the same case like me for example im european and i can help them when u are sleeping :D and at the same time u can do it when im sleeping but, anyway i want to know whats wrong because my ip has been blocked because i cannot use this server or change my account from server and tell me the new ip of the server by email and password etc pls

my details are:
username =taxlossx
account= taxloss.x10hosting.com
plan= advanced

We are doing our best to make sure everyones account is working. Many accounts are having trouble at the moment. We are trying to fix the problems.

Some users are waiting a week. Remember, this is a free service.

Your account is working correctly. Check your firewall, clear your cookies and temp files.

I did it corey but i had to change my ip that is dynamic to enter again, i can now enter because my ip has change. So the problem has to be from the server...or your firewall

If you failed logging in to FTP or cPanel too many times the firewall will ban you.
Since this is fixed, thread closed.
