That's really fast for a modem. You're lucky. When I had modem, I was downloading at 5kbps, maximum. I had to leave the computer on overnight just to download a 10mb file.

The download is a bit of a farce though; I can safely hit 320kB/sec consistant download, but after that it gets a bit "start-&-stoppy" on most servers.
